Paksa IT Solutions is committed to fair and transparent billing practices. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made through paksa.com.pk or our authorized payment partners.

By purchasing our services or products, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. General Policy

Because we provide digital products, software services, subscriptions, and custom development work, refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case in good faith.


2. SaaS Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

For subscription-based products or software services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Charges already billed for the current period are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
  • If charged after a valid cancellation request due to billing error, we will review and correct it.

If payments are processed through Paddle, billing and tax handling may also follow Paddle’s payment terms.


3. Custom Software Development & Service Projects

For custom services such as:

  • Website development
  • Mobile app development
  • ERP systems
  • AI automation
  • UI/UX design
  • Consulting services

The following applies:

  • Deposits or milestone payments already used for completed work are non-refundable.
  • If a project has not started, partial or full refunds may be considered.
  • If work has started, refunds are based on work completed, resources allocated, and project stage.

4. One-Time Digital Products

For downloadable templates, scripts, licenses, or digital tools:

  • Refunds are generally not available after delivery or access has been granted.
  • Exceptions may be made if the product is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from what was advertised.

5. Duplicate / Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical billing error
  • Unauthorized transaction

Please contact us promptly. Valid claims may receive a full refund after verification.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the service
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Delays caused by missing client content/approvals
  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions
  • Completed custom work already delivered

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Email used for purchase
  • Invoice/order number
  • Reason for request
  • Supporting details

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Many issues can be resolved faster through direct support. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in service suspension.
